As soon as we receive your full reservation fee, we can then begin your groups applications for tenancy. A link will be sent to each of you to complete an application form, to the email addresses you will be asked to supply during reservation.

When that link has been sent to you all, the clock starts now! You will be given 4 days to complete the forms in full. If we do not have all applications within 4 days, the property may be put back on the market and your reservation paid will be forfeit.

As you complete the application form, we will ask you to supply the following:

  • Photo ID – This could be your passport, or your driving license & birth certificate
  • Your campus card
  • Proof of your current address
  • To name a suitable guarantor (details of the requirements can be found on your Holding Deposit) or let us know that you will need to secure your rent payments via advanced rent

Please also note that should any member of your group drop out at this stage, their reservation will be made forfeit and is not transferable. This would mean that you will need to add someone else to your group who can complete the application process by the deadline or continue as a smaller group. Any new person that joins the group at this stage would need to pay a new reservation fee, to cover that of the person that dropped out.
